You should have received the website address for the challenge from your organiser.

If you are logged in to the challenge online, look at the address bar in your web browser. It should show your challenge website address.

In the example above, your challenge website address is: yourchallenge.bigteamchallenge.com

You only need to type the yourchallenge part into our app.
