You cannot leave a team while the challenge is in progress (when you are able to start adding distance), but may do so before or after.
Leaving a team on the web
Click on 'My Team' in the navigation.
Click on the 'Team Members' tab.
Select the three dots icon in the box with your profile and select 'Leave Team'
Leaving a team on the app
Click on 'My Team' in the navigation.
Click on the 'Options' in the top right.
Select 'Leave Team' and confirm your choice.
Team admins cannot leave a team without first appointing a new admin to take their place. You will need to do this by contacting us directly.
