Updated pricing
From 3rd October 2022, new challenges will be charged at our updated pricing. This only applies to new challenges, so there’s no need to worry if you’ve budgeted for an already published challenge - the price of that challenge won’t change. If you’ve received a personalised quote for a future challenge from us, that also won’t be affected.
Our pricing hasn’t changed since launching Big Team Challenge over six years ago despite our operating costs having risen throughout that period. Sadly, we have seen our operating costs go up significantly over the last year and we are no longer able to absorb all of these cost pressures without an increase to our fees.
Our updated pricing will also allow us to continue developing new features and improvements while ensuring the future growth of Big Team Challenge. The new prices are:

Updated terms and privacy policies
Our legal team have also reviewed and updated our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies and our Data Processor Agreement. The new agreements will come into effect from 3rd October and cover your use of Big Team Challenge as an organiser as well as your participants’ access to our platform.

What do I need to do?
By continuing to use Big Team Challenge, you will be agreeing to the updated policies and won’t need to take any further action. Challenges published on or after 3rd October (8am UTC) will be charged at our updated pricing.
FAQs
If i've already published a challenge which is underway, will the price stay the same?
Yes - you will continue to pay our current prices for any challenges which were published before 3rd October 2022.
If I publish a draft challenge before 3rd October, will I pay the current prices?
Yes - any challenges which you publish before our pricing is updated will be charged at the current prices.
If I publish a draft challenge on or after 3rd October, will I pay the current prices?
No - you will automatically pay based on our updated prices if you have a draft challenge which you publish on or after 3rd October. See below for custom quotes.
If i've been quoted a price for a challenge by your sales team, will my price stay the same?
Yes - if you have been provided with a fixed quote by our sales team then we will honour that quote. Please get in touch with us to organise invoicing and publishing.
Can I pay in a currency other than GBP, USD or EUR?
No - our card payments require one of those currencies. However, your credit card company should automatically convert to the payment currency, or your bank should allow you to make an International transfer in one of those currencies. If you require a custom quote in a different currency, please contact us so we will discuss this with you.
Can I pay in GBP if I am based outside of the UK?
No - unfortunately we can only accept GBP from customers who have a bank account inside the UK. This is due to the cost of International transfers and transaction fees. Please contact us if you have any invoicing queries.
Do you still offer discounts?
Yes - we still offer discounts to charities, non-profits and UK public sector clients, so please contact us for a quote.
