Big Team Challenge is available across the globe - we do not limit access based on country, language or timezone.

Our Android app is currently not accessible in China due to restrictions outside of our control, however customers in China have reported being able to participate in challenges via the website and the iPhone app. We recommend testing this with your own team in China before creating your challenge. You can test this by using our demo site. Please note that we make use of Google Maps which is also blocked in China, so the progress map on the website may not load for Chinese participants.

Big Team Challenge is currently only available in English. Similarly, our support articles and chat are also available only in English.

If you are planning to run a challenge across several timezones, it's important to note that your challenge will begin and end at a time local to you as the challenge organiser. This means that if your challenge starts at 6am your time, it may begin at a different time for people in other timezones (it won't begin at 6am for everyone, regardless of their timezone).
