You may receive the following error when trying to register on your challenge website or on the Big Team Challenge mobile apps:
That email domain is invalid
This means that your challenge organiser is restricting the participants who can register based on the email address, for example to only your work email domain.
If you're not sure the email address you should be using to register, please contact your challenge organiser who should be able to help.
