Use an Passcode / Access Code to Secure Your Challenge

Users self-register on your unique website or using our Big Team Challenge mobile apps (iOS and Android). To limit access and registration, you can set an "access code"

Here's how:

Open Your Admin Area

Log in to your admin area (your challenge URL with "/admin" at the end).

Go to the Settings Section

Click on General in the left hand sub-navigation.

Change the Registration Status to "Access Code" and enter your chosen code.

​Then click "Update"

Your participants will now need to enter this Access Code when they register for the challenge.
