Users self-register on your unique website or using our Big Team Challenge mobile apps (iOS and Android). To limit access and registration, you can set an "access code"
Here's how:
Open Your Admin Area
Log in to your admin area (your challenge URL with "/admin" at the end).
Go to the Settings Section
Open your challenge's Settings section and click on General in the left hand sub-navigation.
Select "Yes" in the "Require access code to register?" section and then enter your chosen access code.
Then click "Update" at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Your participants will now need to enter this access code when they register for the challenge.
You can disable the access code at any stage on this settings page.
