Big Team Challenge takes your privacy and GDPR rights seriously. We only send a limited number of notifications but you can customise your settings to turn off push and email notifications if you don't want to receive these.
Turning off email notifications (e.g. Challenge News Posts)
Login to the challenge website (e.g. yourcompany.bigteamchallenge.com) and click on My Account then Settings:
On the settings page, you can change the "Email Notifications" option to "Off" and click the Update button:
Turning off push notifications (iPhone and Android)
Open up the Big Team Challenge mobile app on your iPhone or Android phone and from the main menu press Settings. On the next screen toggle the "Push Notifications" setting off.

Unsubscribing from all future invite emails
We have an invitation by email system which allows registered team admins to invite other users by their email address. If you have not yet registered for Big Team Challenge, we do not store a human-readable version of your e-mail address, and we do not process or share this information for any other purpose.
Invitation links automatically expire and will only be sent once per team invite. All invitation emails to non-registered users include a global unsubscribe link, allowing you to reject all future invite emails. Simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of your team invite email to block all future invite emails for your email address.
