Syncing

When you connect your Google Health with Big Team Challenge, our system automatically syncs in the background each time Google notifies us of new steps. Once Big Team Challenge has pulled in distance for a particular day, we update your daily total each time we receive new steps from Google Health.

If you have any issues with Google Health sync, please see https://help.bigteamchallenge.com/en/articles/681756-fixing-google-health-sync-issues.

To stop syncing with Google Health, just press the "Disconnect" button instead in step 4 above.
